This month, TalentCode HR partnered with Life Care for their Leadership Day 2022. Trudy joined the Executive Team in Adeliade to facilitate a workshop focusing on DiSC Effective communication and emotional intelligence. The purpose of the session was to increase the team's self-awareness about the impact of each individual's communication style on others, optimise their relationships and teamwork, encourage communication effectiveness across a range of internal and external stakeholder groups and embed psychological safety, trust and radical candour into their interactions. TalentCode HR recently partnered with Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) to plan for the organisation's future growth requirements, specifically relating to the development and succession planning for the Senior Leadership Team. TalentCode HR facilitated a workshop that focused on capability mapping for the key roles in the Senior Leadership Team and provided ISC with a clear succession planning process design, training and implementation to help engaged their workforce and retain and attract the best talent.

TalentCode HR recently supported McNamara Law on their strategic planning processes. This approach included coaching the team, supporting them with planning resources and facilitating a session to refine their priorities and focus. McNamara Law now have a clear growth strategy and 3-year plan to support it.
